About Us
Selena Pagan and Nicole Fernandez are sisters that grew up in New York City. Both started dancing at their local dance studio (George Conolley Dance Studio) in their hometown of Richmond Hill. In no time, they fell in love with dance. As the years went by, the girls followed their favorite teachers to a new studio, Broadway Bound Dance Center, in Valley Stream, Long Island. Throughout the years they studied different styles of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, acrobatics and production. They danced in the studio's company classes, and competed in national competitions.
The sisters' passion for dance never faded. It is in their blood. They often spoke about opening a dance studio. After much discussion and prayer the sisters decided that it was time...and Just Dance Dance Studio was born!!!
Meet The Team
Miss Selena

From an early age, Miss Selena knew she loved to dance. She started dancing at the age of seven, was asked to study more styles of dance. When it was time to go to high school, Selena wanted nothing more than to go to Fiorello H LaGuargia, New York City's High School of Performing Arts & Music and Art (AKA... the fame school). She auditioned, was accepted, and spent the next four years with some of the best instructors, studying ballet, pointe, and Martha Graham style modern dance. While training four hours a day at school, she would study in her dance studio, and was soon promoted to assistant teacher.

While dancing at Broadway Bound, she was given the opportunity to film for Nickelodeon. She has also spent a summer studying with Ballet Hispanico.
Selena has owned, run and taught at Just Dance Dance Studio since it opened in 2016. She finds it to be one of the greatest experiences of her life. To her, it is a blessing to open her arms and extend her family.
Miss Alicia is thrilled to be choreographing hip hop and pom classes at Just Dance Dance Studio. At a young age, she participated in majorettes and school musicals. During her high school years, Miss Alicia engaged in many performing arts activities, including Color Guard, school musicals, and Hip Hop dance team. She was even the choreographer for her school's production of "Footloose". Miss Alicia continued to peruse her passion for dancing during her college years, at ESU. She is completely ecstatic to be actively perusing her passion of dance again, while getting to share in the experience with her daughter at JDDS.
